This project reimagines Spring Street Park into a vibrant, comfortable, and unified public gathering space. As a very underutilized part of a struggling downtown area, in addressing many competing stakeholder requests this living lab not only aims to revitalize community but also to serve a as a building block to revitalize the greater downtown LA.
