Pando Populus was conceived October 3, 2013 in a Blitz at Future, Half Moon Bay, CA.

John Bielenberg and Greg Galle led the process with a team from the arts, design, marketing, philosophy, religion, ecology, and education.

Members of the Pando writing team include Rich Binell, Alexi Caracotsios, Amy Goldberg, Rebecca Schmitt, and Eugene Shirley.
