Pando Days Premiere Events (June 16-July 21)

Hosts, Teams, Moderator, and CSO Respondents

Please review Featured Project deliverables prior to the event. See listing of schools/projects here. Deliverables for each school are posted on the relevant school’s page on the Friday that precedes its Featured Project Presentation week.

Get Zoom link here. Pass: 820026. We will start promptly, so please log in 5-10 min. in advance of the start time (Host and School Team, please log in 15 min. early).

Run-of-Show (45-55 min.)

  • EUGENE SHIRLEY:  Introduce Pando Days. Introduce Host (1 min.).
  • HOST:  Connect with the challenges we face today. Introduce school, team, project title, county goal being addressed, and why important (3 min.). (Find listing of schools and projects here.)  Host should mute after speaking.
  • SCHOOL PROJECT TEAM LEAD:  Featured Project Presentation (5-6 min.). Note that Teams are responsible for displaying and managing their own presentation deck/slides/video through Zoom screenshare.
  • HOST:  Introduces in turn each CSO Respondent. (Find listing of CSO Respondents here.) Respondents are asked to give brief, oral responses of 1-2 min. that speak directly to the presentations and ask one or two questions of the School Project Team Lead. (CSOs should MUTE themselves after their individual question sessions are over.)
    • CSO Respondent 1:  Respondent offers an assessment of the Featured Project (1-2 min) and asks one or two questions (please prepare an extra question in case there’s time at the end). Team Lead responds.
    • CSO Respondent 2:  Respondent offers an assessment of the Featured Project (1-2 min) and asks one or two questions (please prepare an extra question in case there’s time at the end). Team Lead responds.
    • CSO Respondent 3:  Respondent offers an assessment of the Featured Project (1-2 min) and asks one or two questions (please prepare an extra question in case there’s time at the end). Team Lead responds.
    • [Possible CSO Respondent 4:  Respondent offers an assessment of the Featured Project (1-2 min) and asks one or two questions. Team Lead responds.]
    • [Possible CSO Respondent 5:  Respondent offers an assessment of the Featured Project (1-2 min) and asks one or two questions. Team Lead responds.]
  • HOST: Opens for public questions about Featured Project.  Passes baton to Pando Days curator Adam Eeuwens, who moderates public Q&A.
  • MODERATOR: Handles public Q&A. If you’d like to ask the school a question, please write it here in the chat window, and when the Q&A starts, I will call on you to ask the question in person, in the order the question was received. Team Lead responds. At 10 min. to the hour, Moderator passes the baton to the Host.
  • HOST:  Wraps with overall assessment of Featured Project (2-3 min.). Then passes the baton to Eugene.
